We offer three unique properties, Brickyard Retreat, Xiaolumian Garden, and The Schoolhouse for staging events. We have private or dedicated indoor and outdoor meeting, banqueting, and event venues on our premises for any number up to 120 indoors or 160 outdoors.

Brickyard Retreat can also arrange and cater events on Mutianyu Great Wall as well as in any of our Brickyard Homes. The Homes are popular places for small scale functions, including weddings set in our lush gardens. Contact us.

We cater banquets with plate, family, and buffet style service. Since starting out in 2006 we have developed a suite of set menus ranging from traditional Chinese to Western to fusion that appeal to different tastes and accommodate various food preferences with a range of options such as inclusion of free flow of beverages and so on. Our food & beverage team will also work with you to create custom menus.

We have an excellent pastry team and can provide a broad range of desserts, including custom cakes. We also welcome guests to bring in cakes, wines, other beverages, or specialty foods required for religious reasons as part of their events with a service charge.
